RÜCKERSTATTUNGSRICHTLINIE & FREIWILLIGE UNTERSTÜTZUNG
1. Grundsatz: Kostenfreie Nutzung
Yuniqua Human ist ein nicht verpflichtend kommerzielles Projekt.
Die Nutzung der Website, Plattform, Inhalte und Community-Angebote ist grundsätzlich kostenfrei.
Es besteht kein Anspruch auf entgeltliche Leistungen, Produkte oder Gegenleistungen.
2. Freiwillige Spenden & Unterstützungen
(1) Yuniqua Human kann die Möglichkeit anbieten, das Projekt durch freiwillige Spenden oder Unterstützungsbeiträge zu fördern.
(2) Spenden sind freiwillig, ohne Gegenleistung und nicht rückerstattungsfähig.
(3) Mit einer Spende erklären Unterstützer:innen ausdrücklich:

dass kein Anspruch auf Leistungen, Inhalte oder Vorteile besteht

dass kein Widerrufs- oder Rückerstattungsrecht geltend gemacht wird
(4) Spenden dienen ausschließlich der Unterstützung, Weiterentwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung von Yuniqua Human.
3. Digitale Inhalte
Alle digitalen Inhalte werden unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellt.
Da keine Zahlung erfolgt, besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.
4. Veranstaltungen & besondere Formate (falls angeboten)
(1) Sollten einzelne Veranstaltungen, Treffen oder besondere Formate angeboten werden, können diese kostenfrei oder auf freiwilliger Beitragsbasis stattfinden.
(2) Sofern kein verpflichtendes Entgelt erhoben wird, besteht kein Rückerstattungsanspruch.
(3) Sollte ausnahmsweise ein kostenpflichtiges Format angeboten werden, gelten die jeweils bei der Anmeldung angegebenen Bedingungen.
5. Absagen
(1) Yuniqua Human behält sich vor, Veranstaltungen oder Angebote aus organisatorischen oder unvorhersehbaren Gründen abzusagen oder zu verschieben.
(2) Da in der Regel keine Kosten entstehen, ergeben sich daraus keine Rückerstattungsansprüche.

2. Voluntary Donations & Support
(1) Yuniqua Human may offer the option to support the project through voluntary donations or contributions.
(2) Donations are voluntary, without consideration, and non-refundable.
(3) By making a donation, supporters expressly acknowledge that:

As no payment is required, no refunds apply.
4. Events & Special Formats (if offered)
(1) Some events or gatherings may be offered free of charge or based on voluntary contributions.
(2) Where no mandatory fee is charged, no refund claims apply.
(3) If a paid format is exceptionally offered in the future, the conditions stated at the time of registration will apply.
5. Cancellations
Yuniqua Human reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events for organizational or unforeseen reasons.
As participation is generally free, no refund claims arise.
